One of our goals for our students is to read every night for 30 minutes. This activity is intended to help develop a reading habit that will help increase reading skills. Please remind your child to read every day for 30 minutes at home.

Trenton Public Schools Mourns the Passing of Denise Millington, a Former Board President
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Ms. Denise Millington, a former Board President. Ms. Millington, 61, passed away because of health complications, but had attended the Board meetings up until April.
Interim Superintendent Lucy Feria said on Monday 06/27/2016: "I will miss Millington very much. She was an advocate for children way before she even became a board member. My years working with her closely, she worked tirelessly on behalf of children.”

In a hearty competition between Digital Arts classes, three students at Daylight Twilight High School of Trenton, New Jersey were chosen to receive the very special honor to have lunch with Arun Gandhi, the grandson of the historical legendary Civil Rights leader, Mahatma Gandhi. 
Citizens Rally for Equity in Education at Trenton State House
Hundreds of people shut down West State Street Sunday afternoon during a Rally for Equity where local lawmakers, educators, clergy and community activists urged citizens to fight to save the city’s public education system.
