1. From this page locate the Tool Bar at the top/left labeled..."File Edit View Favorites Tools Help"

2. Click on "Tools" and use the pull down screen

3. By scrolling down the list, find and click "Internet Options"

4. Under the General Tab, find the section labeled "Home Page"

5. In the address bar type or highlight cut/paste:

7.  Finally Click "Apply" then "OK"

Refresh your browser and you are done.
