Construction Corporation and New Jersey Department of Education, are pleased to announce a national design competition for the renovation and
expansion of the Carroll Robbins Elementary School, to be constructed with state funds as part of New Jersey's $8.5 billion Abbott school
construction program. As one of the 30 Abbott, or "special needs" districts, Trenton residents have an unprecedented opportunity to redesign
schools and how they fit into the community. This Competition provides a framework for the investigation of both design challenges and philosophies
of community education.
