45 Joyce Kilmer students participated in the Youth Development Institute held at The College of New Jersey recently.

The program is conducted by the TCNJ Bonner Center for Civic and Community Engagement and the Bonner Community Scholars Program. The students were welcomed and escorted by Bonner Scholars Students as they toured the campus and attended workshops throughout the day.  Mrs. Margaret Casey-Kruger, Vice Principal; and Ms. Freda Rhett, Guidance Counselor of Joyce Kilmer organized and participated in the events.  The students found great interest in the science labs, college campus, and opportunities attending college offers each of them.
