(CUT INTO BITE SIZE PIECES)

3 LARGE EGGS

3/4 C. MILK

1 CUP FLOUR

OIL (FOR FRYING)

1/4 TSP. GARLIC POWDER

SALT AND PEPPER

DIRECTIONS:

SEASON MEAT.

SEASON FLOUR.

COMBINE EGGS AND MILK.

DIP MEAT IN EGG MIXTURE.

THEN ROLL IN FLOUR.

DEEP FRY UNTIL GOLDEN.

DRAIN ON PAPER TOWELS.

  DIP IN A SPICY MUSTARD SAUCE.
