SEASON MEAT.
SEASON FLOUR.
COMBINE EGGS AND MILK.
DIP MEAT IN EGG MIXTURE.
THEN ROLL IN FLOUR.
DEEP FRY UNTIL GOLDEN.
DRAIN ON PAPER TOWELS.
DIP IN A SPICY MUSTARD SAUCE.
