1 CAN (11½ oz.) FROZEN CRANBERRY JUICE
2 CANS (12 OZ. EACH) LEMON-LIME SODA
5 C. WATER
1 C. TEQUILA
1/4 C. LEMON JUICE (ADD A LITTLE AT A TIME)
DIRECTIONS:
POUR ALL THE INGREDIENTS INTO A 3-QUART
PLASTIC CONTAINER.
BEAT WITH A WIRE WHISK UNTIL WELL BLENDED.
COVER AND FREEZE AT LEAST 24 HOURS UNTIL
SLUSHY.
SERVE IN MARGARITA GLASSES.

2 C. CHILLED DRY WHITE WINE, NONALCOHOLIC WINE
OR APPLE JUICE
1 C. CHILLED CRANBERRY-APPLE JUICE
1 C. CHILLED SPARKLING WATER
DIRECTIONS:
MIX WINE, JUICE DRINK S AND SPARKLING WATER.
SERVE OVER ICE.
GARNISH WITH APPLE SLICES AND MINT.

(EQUAL PORTIONS OF BAILEY'S IRISH
CRÈME, BUTTERSCOTCH SCHNAPPS,
GOLDSCHLAGER, CINNAMON LIQUOR)
AND A DASH OF CREAM.
SHAKE OR STIR WITH ICE AND STRAIN.
SERVE IN CHILLED MARTINI GLASS.
CLASSIC COCKTAILS:

A TRADITIONAL DRY MARTINI IS 1½ TO 2 OZ. OF GIN

¼ oz. vodka
¼ oz. lime juice
¼ oz. cranberry juice
(garnish with a lime twist)
*Envy is a blend of cognac, French vodka and natural exotic fruit juices.

Carmel Apple Martini
Carmel liqueur
Sour Apple (just a drop)
Butterscotch Snapps (a little more)
Vodka (a lot more)
(shake over ice)
Serve in a martini glass and garnish with a chocolate carmel candy.

Dreamsicle Punch
1 can Tropicana® Orange Juice
equal amount of Bacardi® Light Rum
2 scoops of crushed ice
2 liters of A&W® Cream Soda
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
Put the OJ, rum and vanilla in a big sealable container.
(A gallon water container is good.)
Shake until well mixed.
Place in the freezer until slushy.
Once slushy, add crushed ice and shake.
Slowly add the A&W.
Stir gently.
Serve as desired.
(Keep covered so it doesn't lose carbonation.)

Jolly Mon
1 jigger of dark rum
jigger of coconut liqueur
jigger of coconut milk or cream
Mix it up and serve it over crushed ice.
Garnish with shredded coconut.

Papa (as in Hemingway) Doble
2½ jiggers Bacardi® Light Rum
Juice of ½ grapefruit
6 drops of grenadine
Mix in a blender with a scoop of ice.
Garnish with a Marchino Cherry.

Miami Vice 1
(from a bartender at the Dolphin Bar in Florida!)
Equal amounts:
151 Bacardi® Rum
Blackberry Brandy
Banana Liqueur
Add:
Pineapple juice
Splash of grenadine
Serve over crushed ice.

Miami Vice II
5 oz Bacardi 151 proof rum
Frozen Pina colada mix
Frozen Daiquiri mix
Mix pina colada with 2.5 oz. of rum w/ ice (set aside).
Mix daiquiri with 2.5 oz. of rum w/ ice
.While frozen, add pina colada mix then daiquiri mix in glass (Making sure they do not get mixed together).

Miami Vice III
(Recipe for 10-12 oz glass)
1½ oz. Light Rum
2 scoops strawberry fruit
2 oz. pineapple juice
1½ oz. coconut cream
¼ oz. grenadine
crushed ice
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend at medium-high speed for 15 seconds.
Pour into a chilled Collins glass or stemmed goblet.
Garnish as desired.

Kahula
2 c. water
1 c. sugar
2 heaping tsp. instant coffee
2 T. vanilla
32 oz. vodka
Directions:
Bring 2 cups water and sugar to a boil stirring occasionally.
Add coffee to 1 cup hot water and mix.
Add to pot of water and sugar.
Add vanilla.
Let cook at a simmer.
Take off stove and cool completely.
Add vodka.
Pour into a dark bottle with a screw top.
Let sit in dark spot for 2-3 weeks.
