9 EGGS - EXTRA LARGE (SEPARATED)

1 CUP SUGAR

2 TBSP. MATZOH MEAL

PINCH OF SALT

1/2 LB. OF WALNUTS (GROUND)

1 TSP. VANILLA

DIRECTIONS:

BEAT YOLKS AND SUGAR VERY WELL.

ADD VANILLA, SALT AND MATZOH MEAL & BEAT AGAIN.

FOLD IN NUTS AND THEN FOLD IN BEATEN EGG WHITES.

BAKE IN A 350 DEGREE OVEN FOR 50 MINUTES IN A 10 INCH TUBE PAN GREASED VERY LIGHTLY.

INVERT AND COOL COMPLETELY ON RACK.
