1 tomato
4 slices bacon
4 slices bread
peanut butter, butter, or mayonnaise
Wash and dry tomato.
Slice cross-wise.
Cook bacon until crisp.
Drain.
Toast bread.
Spread one side of toast with peanut butter, butter, or mayonnaise.
Put slice of bacon on 1 piece of toast.
Top bacon with tomato slice and another piece of toast.
Cut sandwich in half.
Yield: 8 halves
