banana Chimichangas
2 very ripe bananas
8 oz. ricotta cheese
¼¼1/4 c. dark raisins
1/4 c. sugar
8 (6-in.) flour tortillas
½1/2 c. chocolate sauce
cinnamon-sugar to sprinkle
1/2 pt. vanilla ice cream
Directions:
Mix together bananas, ricotta cheese, raisins, and sugar..
lay out tortillas and spread mixture evenly in center of each.
roll up each one up like an egg roll.
use a wooden skewer to hold together.
Deep fry until golden brown.
serve on a plate, with chocolate syrup drizzled on top.
sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar.
put a scoop of vanilla ice cream on each one.
