BBQ Shrimp

25 Jumbo Shrimp, raw unpeeleD

6 TABLESPOON  Unsalted butter

3 TABLESPOONS  Olive oil

3 TABLESPOONS Chili sauce

1-1/2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice

1 TABLESPOONS   Worcestershire sauce

2 cloves garlic, MINCED

1 TEASPOONS PARSLEY, MINCED

3/4 TEASPOONS liquid smoke

1/2 TEASPOONS OREGANO

1/2 tEASPOONs  paprika

1/2 TEASPOONs THYME

HOT SAUCE TO TASTE

SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE

CAYENNE TO TASTE

DIRECTIONS:

RINSE SHRIMP IN COLD WATER.

DRY.

     IN A LARGE SKILLET, ADD ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT SHRIMP.

SIMMER ABOUT 10 MINUTES.

ADD SHRIMP AND STIR.

      COOK UNTIL SHRIMP TURN PINK AND BEGIN TO CURL.

DO NOT OVER COOK!!

SERVE WITH CRUSTY BREAD.
