The Best-Ever Turkey Sandwiches 

 

4 (2 ounces each) large slices of sourdough bread

1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce

sliced turkey

1 cup tightly packed fresh baby spinach (washed and dried) leaves

4 slices Swiss cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

On a large baking pan, arrange the bread slices.

Top each slice with ¼ cup cranberry sauce.

Spread the sauce to the edge of the bread.

Top with equal amounts of turkey and spinach leaves.

Top each sandwich with cheese.

Bake for 10-13 minutes or until cheese melts and the spinach is wilted.

Serve immediately.

Yield: 4 sandwiches
