1/4 CUP SOUR CREAM

1/4 TEASPOON ONION SALT

1 CUP BLACK BEANS, RINSED AND DRAINED

3-10 INCH FLOUR TORTILLAS

DIRECTIONS:

MIX CHEESES, SOUR CREAM, AND ONION SALT UNTIL BLENDED.

IN A FOOD PROCESSOR, PROCESS BEANS UNTIL SMOOTH.

SPREAD THIN LAYER OF BEANS ON EACH TORTILLA.

SPREAD CHEESE MIXTURE OVER BEANS.

ROLL TORTILLAS UP TIGHTLY.

REFRIGERATE AT LEAST 30 MINUTES.

CUT INTO 1/2 INCH SLICES.

SERVE WITH SALSA.
