2 TBSP. MELTED BUTTER

 3-4 TBSP. LEMON JUICE

4-8 DASHES HOT SAUCE

1 LOAF FROZEN GARLIC BREAD (10 OZ. PKG.)

4 TBSP. BLEU CHEESE

DIRECTIONS:

PREHEAT BROILER.

IN A SMALL BOWL. COMBINE BUTTER, LEMON JUICE, AND HOT SAUCE.

BROIL CHICKEN, BRUSHING GENEROUSLY WITH HOT SAUCE MIXTURE, 5-6 MINUTES PER SIDE, UNTIL COOKED THROUGH.

MEANWHILE, WARM BREAD FOLLOWING PACKAGE DIRECTIONS.

CUT BREAD INTO FOUR SANDWICH SIZED SLICES.

PLACE CHICKEN ON BOTTOM LAYER OF BREAD.

TOP CHICKEN WITH 1 TABLESPOON BLUE CHEESE DRESSING AND REMAINING BREAD.
