Cajun Succotash

Sauté 2 ears shucked corn, tomato, chopped onion, garlic, parsley, white pepper, thyme, oregano, and bay leaf in 1 tablespoon oil.

Separately sauté 6 ounces okra in oil.

At the end of cooking the okra, add ˝ tsp. vinegar to prevent stings.

Add to corn.
