2 C. SALTED SOFT BUTTER
2 C. GRANULATED SUGAR
1C. BROWN SUGAR
2 TSP. VANILLA
2 LARGE EGGS
3 C. ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
2 TSP. BAKING SODA
2 TSP. CINNAMON
3 C. ROLLED OATS
2 C. RAISINS
2 C. PECANS
DIRECTIONS:
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350ºF.
GREASE COOKIE SHEETS.
IN A LARGE BOWL, CREAM TOGETHER BUTTER,
SUGARS AND VANILLA UNTIL LIGHT AND
FLUFFY.
ADD EGGS ONE AT A TIME, BEATING WELL
AFTER EACH ADDITION.
COMBINE FLOUR, BAKING SODA, AND
CINNAMON.
GRADUALLY STIR INTO CREAM MIXTURE.
FOLD IN ROLLED OATS, RAISINS AND PECANS.
DROP ROUNDED SPOONFULS ON PREPARED PANS.
BAKE FOR 12-15 MINUTES.
REMOVE COOKIES TO WIRE COOLING RACKS
