Catfish Nuggets with Thyme and Mustard

catfish nuggets or catfish fillets

yellow mustard

dry thyme

flour for dredging

oil (for frying)

Directions:

Spread mustard and thyme over catfish.

Marinate. (Overnight is best.)

Heat oil to 350°.

Dredge fish in flour.

Deep fry a few pieces at a time until golden.
