Cheesecake Surprise Balls

1 -18 oz. frozen cheesecake, thawed

36 raspberries

1½ c. miniature semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:

Scoop out 1 heaping teaspoon from the cheesecake.

Use your hands to mold the cheesecake around a raspberry.

Roll the covered berry into ball.

Repeat with remaining berries.

Roll the balls in the chocolate chips.

Chill before serving.

Yield: 36 pieces
