Chipotle Deviled Eggs
8 hard cooked eggs
¼ c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
½ t. lemon juice
2 green onions, chopped
2 t. to 1 T finely chopped chipotle chilies in adobo sauce, drained
1/8 t. salt
paprika
Directions:
Cut eggs in half lengthwise.
Place yolks in a bowl.
Mash with fork until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients except paprika.
Fill white halves with yolk mixture.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Yield: 16 halves
