Chorizo Deviled Eggs
12 hard cooked eggs, peeled and halved
5 T. finely chopped chorizo
4-6 T. mayonnaise
Salt and pepper
2 T. prepared mustard
Directions:
Place yolks in a bowl and mash with a fork.
Stir in remaining ingredients into yolk mixture.
Fill the egg white halves.
Yield: 2 dozen
