Cinnamon Biscuit Blossoms
1 (1 lb. 0.3-oz.) can Pillsbury® Grands! Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits
1 tbsp. sugar
¼1/4 tsp. cinnamon
8 Tbsp. any flavor jelly or jam
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º.
Separate dough into 8 biscuits.
Make 5 (3/4-inch-deep) cuts evenly around outside edge of each biscuit to resemble flower petals.
Place each biscuit flower on ungreased large cookie sheet.
In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon.
Sprinkle sugar mixture over biscuits.
With thumb, make an indentation in center of each biscuit.
Fill each with scant teaspoon jelly.
Bake at 375 º for 11-17 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve warm.
