PROCESS WITH ONION, CELERY, AND PEPPERS.
ADD SALT AND EGG.
MIX WELL.
IN A BOWL, MIX CORNMEAL, FLOUR AND BAKING POWDER.
ADD CONCH MIXTURE.
ADD BUTTERMILK AND HOT SAUCE.
DROP BY SPOONFULS INTO HOT OIL
COOK UNTIL GOLDEN.
DRAIN.
SERVE WITH SAUCE OF YOUR CHOICE AND LIME JUICE.
