Corn Casserole
1 can sweet whole kernel corn
1 can cream-style corn
1 pkg. Jiffy® corn muffin mix
1 c. sour cream
1 stick melted butter
1½ c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°.
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except cheese.
Pour into a greased casserole dish.
Bake about 45 minutes or until golden.
Top with cheese and cook until cheese is melted.
Yield: 8 servings
