Curried Crab Deviled Eggs
12 hard cooked eggs, peeled and halved
4-6 T. mayonnaise
1-2 t. prepared mustard
Salt and pepper
¾ c. finely chopped crabmeat
2 t. ketchup
¼ t. curry powder
cilantro, for garnish
Directions:
Place yolks in a bowl and mash with a fork.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Fill egg whites.
Top with cilantro, if desired
Yield: 2 dozen
