3-4 TBSP. CURRY

SALT AND PEPPER, TO TASTE

1 TBSP. THYME, FRESH

1 HOT PEPPER, MINCED

1 ONION, CHOPPED

2-4 GARLIC CLOVES, MINCED

OIL

DIRECTIONS:

    MARINATE MEAT WITH SPICES AND ONION.

HEAT OIL.

       ADD MEAT AND COOK SLOWLY WITH LID.

COOK UNTIL DONE.

SEASON AGAIN.

LIQUID WILL FORM ON ITS OWN.
