Deviled in Disguise

8 hard cooked eggs

¼ c. minced smoked salmon or tuna

2 T. mayonnaise

1 T. freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 T. honey mustard

1 T. fresh minced dill, optional

¼ t. salt, black pepper and hot sauce

Paprika for garnish

Directions:

Slice eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks.

Place yolks in a bowl and mash with a fork.

Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Fill whites with yolk mixture mounding slightly.

Sprinkle with paprika.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Yield: 16 pieces
