3 CUPS FRESH BLUEBERRY
2 TEASPOONS LEMON JUICE
1/2 TEASPOON VANILLA
1-1/2 BISCUIT BAKING MIX
3/4 CUP SUGAR
1/2 TEASPOON CINNAMON
1/4 TEASPOON NUTMEG
4 TABLESPOONS BUTTER (FOR DOTTING)
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES.
IN A LARGE BOWL, TOSS TOGETHER THE BLUEBERRIES, LEMON
JUICE, AND VANILLA.
SPOON THE MIXTURE TO BUTTERED 8-INCH SQUARE BAKING PAN.
IN A MEDIUM BOWL, COMBINE THE BAKING MIX, SUGAR, CINNAMON, AND NUTMEG.
SPRINKLE OVER THE BLUEBERRY MIXTURE, THEN DOT WITH THE BUTTER.
BAKE FOR 45-55 MINUTES, OR UNTIL JUST CRISPY.
