Easy Quesadillas

flour or corn  tortillas

shredded Monterey jack cheese

Directions:

Put tortilla in pan.

Add cheese to tortilla.*

Put another tortilla on top.

Brown both sides.

Serve hot.

*When adding the cheese, other ingredients may be added:

cooked  chopped or shredded chicken

chopped tomatoes

chopped onions

cooked  crumbled hot sausage

chopped hot peppers

Serve with sour cream, salsa or guacamole.
