Easy Square Meatballs

1 lb. ground beef

1 egg, slightly beaten

½ c. bread crumbs

¼ c. milk

2 tbsp. finely chopped onion

½ tsp. garlic salt

½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce

¼ tsp. pepper

Directions:

Heat oven to 425º.

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients.

In ungreased 15x10x1-inch baking pan, pat beef mixture

into 6 inch square.

Cut into 36 squares.

DO NOT SEPARATE SQUARES.

Bake at 425º for 15-20 minutes or until meatballs are thoroughly cooked.

Separate meatballs by cutting apart.

Yield: 4 servings
