Eggnog Pumpkin Pie

1 can (15 oz.) solid-pack pumpkin

1¼ c. eggnog

2/3 c. sugar

3 eggs

1½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice

¼ tsp. salt

1 unbaked pie shell (9 inch)

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin, eggnog, sugar, eggs, spice mix and salt.

Pour into pie shell.

Bake at 375º foe 60-65 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.

Cool on wire rack.

Refrigerate until serving.

Yield: 6-8 servings
