1 CUP CANNED ITALIAN STYLE CHUNKY TOMATO SAUCE

1 CUP DICED HAM

2 CLOVES GARLIC, CHOPPED

4 CUPS CHICKEN BROTH

1 CAN WHITE BEANS, DRAINED AND DIVIDED

SEASONINGS TO TASTE

4 OUNCES FETTUCCINE (BROKEN IN THIRDS) OR ANY OTHER SHAPE PASTA

GRATED ITALIAN CHEESE

DIRECTIONS:

HEAT OIL IN SAUCEPAN.

ADD TOMATO SAUCE, GARLIC AND HAM.

SIMMER 5 MINUTES.

ADD 3 CUPS BROTH.

STIR.

PUREE REMAINING BROTH AND 1 CUP BEANS IN BLENDER.

ADD TO SAUCEPAN WITH REMAINING BEANS.

SEASON.

BRING TO A BOIL, REDUCE HEAT AND SIMMER 10 MINUTES.

ADD PASTA AND COOK UNTIL TENDER.

SERVE, PASSING CHEESE SEPARATELY.
