Funnel Cake

2 large eggs

1 cup milk

1¾ c. milk

1 tbsp. baking powder

¼ tsp. salt

oil (for frying)

powdered sugar

Directions:

In a medium bowl, beat eggs to frothy.

Gradually beat in milk.

Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt.

In skillet, heat ¾ inches of oil.
Pour batter into hot oil in a spiral until 6-inch cake forms.

Fry until golden.

Remove cake with pancake turner.

Drain on paper towels.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
