3 LARGE YAMS, COOKED AND PEELED
LESS THAN 1/2 CAN EVAPORATED MILK
1 STICK BUTTER
1 TEASPOON VANILLA FLAVORING
2 EGGS
1 CUP WHITE SUGAR
CINNAMON AND NUTMEG TO TASTE
2 PIE SHELLS
MASH YAMS AND ADD ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS.
TASTE AND ADJUST SEASONINGS.
POUR INTO 2 PIE SHELLS.
BAKE IN A PREHEATED 350° ° OVEN FOR 40-50 MINUTES
OR UNTIL KNIFE INSERTED NEAR CENTER COMES OUT CLEAN.
