Gouda Cheese Logs
8 oz. cream cheese, soften
2 c. Gouda or Colby cheese
¼ c. fresh chopped chives
¼ c. sliced drained sun-dried tomatoes in oil
¼ c. garlic powder
¼ c. finely chopped fresh parsley
assorted crackers
Directions:
Mix cream cheese and cheese until blended.
Stir in chives, tomatoes, and garlic powder.
Shape mixture into 2 small logs or 1 large log.
Roll in parsley.
Wrap in plastic and refrigerate until firm.
Serve with crackers.
Yield: 24 servings (2 tablespoons each)
