SALT AND PEPPER, TO TASTE

DIRECTIONS:

MARINATE FISH IN BEER.

DRY FISH.

DREDGE FISH IN SEASONED FLOUR.

SHAKE OFF EXCESS FLOUR.

FRY IN HOT OIL UNTIL GOLDEN.

DRAIN.

SERVE WITH LIME OR LEMON.
