1 JAR ROASTED RED ROASTED PEPPERS, DRAINED AND CUT INTO ½ INCH STRIPS.

2 TBSP. CHOPPED FRESH PARSLEY

2 TBSP. SHREDDED PARMESAN CHEESE

1 TBSP. OLIVE OIL

SALT AND PEPPER, TO TASTE

DIRECTIONS:

TOAST BREAD UNTIL GOLDEN ON BOTH SIDES.

CUT EACH GARLIC CLOVE IN HALF.

RUB BOTH SIDES OVER TOPS AND SIDES OF TOAST SLICES.

MIX REMAINING INGREDIENTS.

SPOON ONTO TOAST.
