Honey Mustard Deviled Eggs
6 hard cooked eggs,
2-3 T. mayonnaise
1 T. honey mustard, taste. then add more (Robert Rothschild recommended)
Salt and pepper to taste
Paprika, for garnish, if desired
Directions:
Halve eggs lengthwise.
Remove yolks and place in bowl.
Mash eggs with fork.
Add remaining ingredients.
Taste and adjust ingredients.
Fill egg whites with yolk mixture.
Garnish with paprika,
Yield: 1 dozen
