4 EGGS
4 OZ. BUTTER
NUTMEG
WATER.
SIFT FLOUR, BAKING POWDER AND SALT.
RUB THE BUTTER INTO THE FLOUR.
ADD EGGS AND ENOUGH WATER TO MAKE A FIRM
DOUGH.
KNEAD WELL.
LET SIT 1/2 HOUR.
FLATTEN DOUGH TO 2 INCHES IN HEIGHT.
BAKE IN OVEN AT 350 DEGREES FOR 35 MINUTES.
