
Kielbasa Pizza Hors D’oeuvres
1 Boar’s Head® Ring Kielbasa
1 pkg. cocktail bread
1 jar spaghetti sauce
15 slices Mozzarella Cheese
Directions:
Slice kielbasa into 1/8 inch circles.
Place half bread slices on baking sheet.
Top each slice with 1-2 teaspoons of spaghetti sauce.
Place 2-3 circles of kielbasa on top of each sauce covered slice.
Cover each with half slice of cheese.
Place under preheated broiler until cheese melts.
Yield: 30 hors d’oeuvres
