SLICED CUCUMBERS (WITH SKIN)

 

2-10 OZ. PACKAGES FROZEN PEAS

 

1 TO 1-1/2 C. MAYONNAISE

 

FOR GARNISH:

 

CHOPPED HARD COOKED EGGS

 

COOKED CRUMBLED BACON

 

DIRECTIONS:

 

LAYER VEGETABLES IN THE ORDER GIVEN.

 

MAKE SURE THE PEAS ARE LAST.

 

SPREAD MAYONNAISE OVER TO COMPLETELY COVER TO SEAL.

 

COVER WITH PLASTIC WRAP.

 

REFRIGERATE OVER NIGHT.
