½ cup all-purpose flour ¾ cup cornmeal
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 egg
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tablespoon water
Directions:

Add the eggs, onion, milk, and water. Stir until well mixed.
