MASHED POTATOES WITH GARLIC AND TURNIPS

I TURNIP, CUBED

4 POTATOES, CUBED

1-2 CLOVES GARLIC, MINCED

SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE

DIRECTIONS:

BOIL POTATOES AND TURNIPS IN WATER UNTIL TENDER.

MASH WITH POTATO MASHER OR PUT IN A FOOD PROCESSOR WITH 2 TABLESPOONS BUTTER AND THE GARLIC.

ADD A FEW DROPS OF POTATO LIQUID IF NECESSARY.

SEASON TO TASTE.
