1/2 C. CHICKEN FAT

2 C. CHICKEN BROTH

4-6 EGGS BEATEN

SALT TO TASTE

1/8 TSP. PEPPER

1/4 TSP. PAPRIKA

1/4 TSP. POULTRY SEASONING

 

DIRECTIONS:

SAUTE ONIONS IN CHICKEN FAT.

ADD DRAINED MUSHROOMS.

BREAK MATZOH INTO LARGE BOWL, ADD LIQUID, ONIONS, MUSHROOMS, BEATEN EGGS AND SPICES.

STUFF CAVITY LOOSELY.
