CRUSHED ICE

   12 FRESH MINT LEAVES

          2 TSP. SUPERFINE SUGAR 

      DASH CLUB SODA

5 OZ. BOURBON

SPLASH OF RUM

                   FRESH MINT LEAVES (FOR GARNISH)

DIRECTIONS:

           POUR ICE INTO STEMMED GLASS.

I           IN A SHAKER, ADD MINT LEAVES,

SUGAR AND CLUB SODA.

   STIR TO DISSOLVE SUGAR.

                        PRESS MINT LEAVES TO RELEASE OILS.

ADD LIQUORS.

           STRAIN INTO GLASS AND STIR.

          GARNISH WITH MINT LEAVES.
