1 CUP OIL

JUICE OF 1 LEMON

 1-1/2 CUPS CAKE MEAL

PINCH OF SALT

1/4 CUP CHOPPED WALNUTS

CINNAMON - SUGAR COMBINATION

DIRECTIONS:

BEAT EGGS TOGETHER WITH SUGAR.

ADD OIL, LEMON JUICE, CAKE MEAL AND SALT.

MIX WELL.

FOLD IN NUTS AND BAKE ON OILED, 11 X 16 INCH COOKIE SHEET AT 350 DEGREE OVEN FOR 45 MINUTES.

CUT IN SQUARES OR RECTANGLES, SPRINKLE WITH CINNAMON - SUGAR COMBINATION AND RETURN TO OVEN TO BROWN FOR 20 MINUTES.
