Mozzarella Rye Snacks
1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
½ c. mayonnaise
½ c. sour cream
1 T. Italian salad dressing mix
1 loaf of rye snack rye bread (or Pumpernickel)
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine 4 ingredients.
Spread 1 tablespoon over each slice of bread.
Place on parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake at 350º for 5-7 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve immediately.
Yield: 2 dozen
