OATMEAL COOKIES

1-1/2 CUPS FLOUR

2TEASPOONS BAKING POWDER

1/2 TEASPOON SALT

1/2 TEASPOON CINNAMON

2 CUPS ROLLED OATS

1 CUP RAISINS

1 STICK BUTTER

1 CUP SUGAR 

2 EGGS

1/2 CUP MILK

 

Directions:

 Preheat oven to 375°.

 Sift flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon into

medium bowl.

 Stir in oatmeal and raisins.

 In a large bowl, cream margarine and sugar.

 Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well after each

addition.

 Stir in the flour-oatmeal mixture alternately with

the milk.

Drop from teaspoons onto a greased cookie sheet.

 Bake four minutes, switch racks and bake another

four minutes.
