Onion Tartlet

4 T. unsalted butter

1½c. sweet onion, chopped

1½ t. herbes de Provence

1 box refrigerated pie dough

1/2 c. half and half

l large egg, lightly beaten

1/2 of 1 oz. onion soup mix

1/2 c. shredded parmesan cheese

 

Directions:
