1/2 TSP. BAKING SODA

1 STICK BUTTER

3/4 C. GRANULATED SUGAR

1/3 C. DARK BROWN SUGAR, PACKED

1/2 TSP. SALT

1 CUP CHUNKY PEANUT BUTTER

1 EGG

1-1/2 TSP. VANILLA

DIRECTIONS:

PREHEAT OVEN TO 325º.

LINE COOKIE SHEETS WITH PARCHMENT PAPER.

IN A MEDIUM BOWL, SIFT FLOUR AND BAKING

SODA.

IN A MIXER ON HIGH SPEED, BEAT BUTTER,

            BOTH SUGARS AND SALT 1 MINUTE, UNTIL SMOOTH AND CREAMY.

         ADD PEANUT BUTTER, EGG, AND VANILLA, BEATING UNTIL SMOOTH.

           ADD FLOUR MIXTURE, BEATING UNTIL WELL COMBINED.

WRAP IN PLASTIC WRAP.

CHILL 4 HOURS.

ROLL TABLESPOONFULS OF DOUGH INTO BALLS.

PLACE ON PREPARED PANS.

BAKE 15-20 MINUTES, UNTIL GOLDEN.
