Potato-Chip Cookies

1 c. butter

½ c. sugar

2 tsp. vanilla

½ c. crushed potato chips

1½ c. all purpose flour

½ c. roasted, ground pecans

Directions:

Cream butter, sugar and vanilla.

Add crushed chips, flour and nuts.

Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet.

Press flat with a glass dipped in additional sugar.

(Do not put cookies close together because they spread!)

Bake at 350ºF. for 12 minutes, until  golden around edges.

Yield:  24-30 cookies
