DIRECTIONS:

IN A MIXING BOWL, BEAT EGG WHITE WITH AN ELECTRIC MIXER ON MEDIUM SPEED FOR 10 SECONDS.

ADD THE SUGAR AND FOR 30 SECONDS.

STIR IN THE FLOUR.

FOLD IN THE CHOPPED NUTS.

LIGHTLY GREASE LARGE BAKING SHEETS.

DROP DOUGH BY ROUNDED SPOONFULS ONTO PREPARED SHEETS.

TOP WITH A PECAN HALF.

BAKE AT 325º FOR 8-10 MINUTES OR UNTIL BOTTOMS ARE VERY LIGHTLY BROWNED.

COOL COOKIES FOR 1 MINUTE ON BAKING SHEETS.

TRANSFER TO WIRE COOLING RACKS.
